A WARM WELCOME TO DOLSWYDD CARAVAN, CAMPING AND MOTORHOME PARK

Caravan, up to 2 people (including electricity) £20.00 per night.

Site Terms and conditions - We ask that you always respect the below so that we can all enjoy the park:
Regular visitors’ registration - Please ensure that you have completed and returned registration form for each visit. These are now printed on payment envelopes, available at the toilet block.
If you have booked via Pitch up – you have no need to register.
Pets - Please always keep dogs on a lead. We are a working farm. Please do not walk your dogs on the racecourse. You can follow the footpath, which leads from the bridge to the houses, but are not permitted to walk around the racecourse.
Please collect any mess made by pets and dispose of in the bins provided.
Standard of behaviour on our park - Noisy, offensive or inappropriate behaviour or actions likely to cause harm to any other guest, members of our staff or anyone’s property at the park will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse entry to and/or eject any person who, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the park, does not comply with these standards of behaviour. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances. If, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the park, we believe that you or a member of your party may not comply with the above, on entry to the park, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or groups of persons at our discretion.
Respect for others –Please maintain 2 Meter distance from other people’s accommodation. Please do not hold social gatherings at your accommodation. Please respect our neighbours and yours.
Please do not play music after 9pm and speak in hushed voices after 10.00pm.
Please do not exceed the 10mph speed limit on the site o on the access road.
Waste - Please separate and recycle any recyclable materials – this is now law in Wales, please do not put in general waste bins.
Refuse & recycling - littering is strictly prohibited on or around the park. All refuse and recycling must be placed in the appropriate bins near the Toilet block. Please do not dispose of alarms in the bins or electrical equipment, this is now illegal in Wales. Please take home and dispose of at your local recycling facility. We ask all customers to please recycle where possible. Visitors who do not comply with this may be asked to leave. Do not leave large items, take them home.
Waste water and chemical disposal point - this is located at the back of the toilet block in the wooden boarded area that has a sign saying chemical disposal point. All waste should be disposed of here, nowhere else. This has always been the disposal point.
Smoking - It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public spaces. Smoking is also forbidden within 5 metres of all park buildings – reception, toilet block etc and in the waste disposal areas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in your own caravans and waste.
Illegal substances will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave.
Defects – Please report any defects of any facility immediately so that we can rectify this for you.
Vehicles - One car per pitch only (other cars to be left off site).
There is a 10mph speed limit whilst on the park and when driving to and from, the A44. Please do not drive on the grass when there are stoned roads available.
All vehicles and property are brought onto the park at their owner’s risk, and we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Patrons only - visitors by appointment only, please book.
Your Caravan - Unclean vans will not be permitted. All cables, outdoor furniture, containers, and other items must be put in your caravan / Awning when you are not here.
All awning ties must be confined to the stoned area where possible, we cannot mow the grass around your van otherwise.
Lights -Please do not have flashing or colourful lights. White/ clear coloured lights are fine. Flashing and coloured lights will no longer be permitted and may be removed.
Dolswydd Caravan Park can change these rules at any time and reserves the right to ask uncooperative visitors to leave.
